About Tiffany Clark: Principal Broker | Bend Real Estate Agent
My name is Tiffany Clark, and I am a principal real estate broker with the Bend Premier Real Estate Group in Bend, Oregon. I am also a wife and mother of three beautiful children. My career as a real estate agent began in 2006 when my second daughter was just 2 years old. It all started in late June and by the end of the year I had helped 11 people buy and sell their homes making me the rookie of the year in just 6 months of work. I am a detail oriented person that loves to laugh and enjoy life. I look at things with the glass half full attitude and believe anything is possible.
Individual Attention for Home Buyers and Sellers
I feel that it is important to give each client individual care and I prefer to have fewer clients that I can focus on rather than a lot of clients that get less individual attention. It’s more rewarding to do things this way, and it allows me to earn referrals keeping my costs down in the process. it I strive to answer my phone whenever it rings and never send you to voicemail. In addition we provide a really thorough approach to pricing homes. We look at statistical trends, market activity, days on market, and more to come up with a scientific valuation and then we temper that with non-scientific things like curb appeal, your preferences, style and decor.

Move to Bend
After striving to move to Bend for 8 years, we finally made it happen in July of 2013 and could not be happier. Being a real estate professional, I spent a lot of time researching the various neighborhoods and communities so I understood what the Bend housing market and what it had to offer. We have not looked back one time – enjoying so much of what central Oregon has to offer. We are avid skiers (alpine and nordic), avid mountain bikers, regular campers, hikers, paddle boarders, and every day adventurers.
Bend Schools
One of the primary reasons for our move was the phenomenal schools in Bend Oregon. We researched every private and public school option, toured most of the options, and based our home search on the schools we deemed most desirable. We have been absolutely thrilled with the public school system in Bend, and feel very fortunate. We’d love to discuss the pros and cons of each school as you contemplate what school is best for your children.
What I Love about Central Oregon
My greatest pass times include the following:
- Mountain biking on Storm King (Phil’s Trail System) with my girlfriends
- Skiing Mount Bachelor on a bluebird day
- Hiking in and around Broken Top
- Paddle on Sparks Lake
- Visiting with friends and family in this warm and friendly city
- Listening to summer concerts from the water
Bend is the most friendly city I have every lived in. I am honored to make my home here, and I am proud to help others to discover its many neighborhoods, its sense of community, its wonderful schools, and its architecture.
