Discovery West is a newer 245-acre development, with 134 home sites planned, located to the West of the NorthWest Crossing and Discovery Park. As part of the Discovery West development, the master plan calls for a 38-acre expansion of the already awesome Discovery Park, and will include expanding the west side trail and additional park land for the community to enjoy.

Discovery West is located directly adjacent to all three levels of school, making it nearly effortless for kids to walk to their elementary, middle, or high school classes if they so wish. The designated schools for the Discovery West neighborhood residents are the ones directly adjacent, which are as follows:
